Refund Policy

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds on any of our products. However, we do accept exchanges within two days of order delivery. Custom designs and Soiree items are both non-refundable nor exchangeable.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us on our Instagram or Whatsapp within two days of order delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to exchange your item. Once we have received your returned item, we will ship out your replacement item.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
